ADAS attends 2006 meeting of the International Diving Regulators Forum (IDRF)
ADAS, as a foundation member of the IDRF, met in September 2006 with representatives from the Diver Certification Board of Canada, the Institut National de Plongee Professionnelle – INPP from France), the Petroleum Safety Authority – PSA from Norway), the Department of Labour (South Africa) and the United Kingdom ‘s Health and Safety Executive. The agenda for the Forum’s discussions included discussion in regard to pre requisites for Closed Bell Training, Supervisor Competence, Training in the use of extended umbilicals and changes to European Directives.
